How Does it all Work?
At first glance, seeing all that you get with the system can be a bit overwhelming. Web pages, landing pages, toll-free line, ads, emails, automated follow-up, social media, blogs, Facebook and thirty other systems! Don’t worry, they all work on their own plus we do it all for you. We’re here to hold your hand every step of the way. (Actually, you do very little. It’s no work, but not “no movement.”)
Here’s how it works…once you sign up, we set up everything for you. Takes about a day or so but you get access right away. We then send you your login information. You login to your system admin area and give us some information about yourself. This takes about 10 minutes. (If you’re doing the Ultimate or Premium plan, we may need more info for your social media accounts.)
After that, you do four simple steps:
1. Add any existing emails you have into the system (inactive patients, new patients, existing patients, etc. We’ll even do this for you if you want.)
2. Pick your marketing tools for the type of patients you want: SEO, Social media, existing website overhaul, newspaper ads, mailings, online ads, etc. You tell us what you want to do and what type of patients you want and we will execute your marketing for you. (This is not mandatory. Many docs sign up and focus purely on online traffic which is fine too. Some change everything around and do things we never thought possible. ;- ) If you become an Ultimate or Premium member, SEO drives much traffic to your sites as well.
3. On a daily basis, add any new emails you receive (prospects, patients, etc.) into the appropriate system (referrals into the Referral System, new patients in the New Patient system, etc.) It takes about 10 minutes per day at max. If you want, we can do all of this for you as well. It’s all included, no extra cost for anything.
4. Call the leads you get and make appointments!
That’s it! That’s the minimum. Of course, the system is completely customizable and you can virtually do anything extra you want with it. You can add websites, blog posts, add pages, do email blasts, change the colors, switch things around or leave everything the same. It’s totally up to you. No extra costs for anything.
5. Market Research.
Within your first week, you’ll spend a few minutes (or as long as it takes) with our experts over the phone so we can do some market research on what works best for your area. We’ll also gear all of your marketing to the exact niche/conditions you want to target. As time goes on, you shape and mold your marketing attacks so you maximize the system and get the results you want. As an Ultimate or Premium member, we’ll get you at the top of the SE’s in the exact areas you want to reach and the exact patients you want to attract.
6. Existing websites and blogs.
Do you currently have existing websites and blogs? Maybe a practice website? We’ll show you how to use the system to double if not triple the existing production you’re currently getting from your other sites. If you like, you can use any of the plans can be used as a Chiropractic Website. Either to replace your existing site or to use alongside that site as an additional marketing site. If you want to use any plan as your practice site as well, let us know and we will convert all of your content from your old site onto your new site.
